This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to using the Site at https://souldrs.com or the associated Programs offered.
By using or accessing the Site and/or Programs, viewing or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Light Ventures LLC D/B/A Soul Doctors provide online learning programs, in-person mentoring, and executive coaching services to leaders,visionaries and mavericks globally.
Privacy
Your use of https://souldrs.com is subject to Soul Doctors Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Soul Doctors is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Soul Doctors and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Accepting The Service
By accepting the use of the Soul Doctors services, you affirm that such services are not putting a financial strain on you. You confirm that you are committed to your personal development work. You are resourceful and coachable. You agree to be open-minded and that only you can decide what to do and not do and take full responsibility for your actions during and after the process. Soul Doctors do not give medical advice, and if you require medical or psychological support, you will seek appropriate support in your local community.
You agree that you are of sound mind and body and are over 18 years old. Soul Doctors does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. If you are under 18, you may use Soul Doctors Secrets to a Magical Life process only with the expressed permission of a parent or guardian.
Intellectual Property
The Soul Doctors Site and all of its original content are the sole property of souldrs.com and Light Ventures LLC and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use souldrs.com and its membership processes strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site and Members Area, you warrant to Soul Doctors that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.
All content included as part of the Service, such as videos, text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Soul Doctors or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

Soul Doctors content is not for resale. Termination
Light Ventures LLC and https://souldrs.com reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and Programs, without any advance notice.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
Mediation and Arbitration
Soul Doctors and Light Ventures aim to resolve any dispute through mediation with a Non Violent Communication specialist. In such event, a neutral mediator can be sought and agreed upon by both parties.
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Changes to This Agreement
Light Ventures LLC and souldrs.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the souldrs.com site immediately.
